The Synagogue of the Sadagora Rebbe – November 2016 – Collected by Baruch Eylon

In early November 2016 it was announced that the restoration work on the Sadagora synagogue of the Ruzhiner Rebbe has been completed and the building was re-dedicated.

I thought it will be good to collect pictures and various articles from different times and sources, showing the synagogue status and look, into one document and make it available to all. This was done in this document.

Sadegura Rabbi’s Palace – by Isaac Herzig

On 7-15 July 2015 a group of almost 90 people from Israel went on a journey on the path of the Holocaust of Romanian Jews, in Bukovina and Transnistria valley of death.

Mr. Isaac (Itzik) Herzig took part in this journey, that journey was organized by the World Organization of Bukovina Jews and led by Mr. Yochanan Ron Singer and Mr. Dan Marian.

One of the places Mr. Herzig and the group visited was “the palace” of the Rabbi of Sadegura in Bukovina. There he visited the Jewish synagogue.
See pictures from there.
